[Seminar] Response Strategies for Revisions to the Commercial Act That Shake Businesses

This seminar focused on the recently passed third amendment to the Commercial Act, examining its impact on corporate governance, management strategy, and the capital market, while also discussing directions for improving the system. In particular, with legal experts invited to join the discussion, we looked at how major revisions, including the mandatory retirement of treasury shares, could affect corporate managerial autonomy and investment decision-making.
