jo_imgjo_imgjo_imgThe seminar, “Online Platform Regulation Bill: Exploring the Problems and Alternatives,” was successfully held.

This seminar examined whether it is appropriate to introduce EU- and German-style platform regulation legislation in Korea, and focused on the concern that excessive ex ante regulation could undermine innovation and competition in the domestic platform industry. It also served as an opportunity to build consensus on the need for ex post regulation through the Fair Trade Act, the use of self-regulation, and the establishment of cooperative governance among stakeholders.

We sincerely thank everyone who participated.
