[Seminar] In a Growth-Promoting Ecosystem, Laws and Institutions Matter

Professor Hyunhan Shin of Yonsei University, who delivered the presentation, presented specific regulatory cases in the areas of industry entry, financing, data, and labor, and emphasized that effective institutional reform is a key task that will determine the competitiveness of the Korean economy.


In the discussion that followed, Professor Hyukwoo Lee of Pai Chai University and Professor Won Kang of Sejong University participated, pointing out the limitations of the regulatory sandbox, problems in the legislative structure, and the need for a shift in legal and institutional awareness, leading to an in-depth discussion.
