At this book concert, based on *Labor Conflict, Atlas Is Unfairly Blamed*, we will examine the structural causes of recurring labor conflicts among large and small firms, regular and non-regular workers, and primary contractors and subcontractors, and discuss differing interests and perceptions of fairness surrounding key issues such as wages, working hours, and job security. In addition, drawing on the author’s more than 30 years of on-the-ground experience in labor administration, we aim to explore the realities of labor-management, labor-labor, and labor-government conflicts, and discuss the role of institutions and procedures in rationally mediating the dual structure of the labor market and recurring conflicts.

We welcome the participation of all interested individuals.
