At this Book Concert, we will examine the shift in economic hegemony from Spain to the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States, as well as the impact of technology, industry, and currency on the formation of hegemony. We will also discuss the new economic order being reshaped by U.S.-China competition and the AI revolution. Through this, we aim to assess South Korea’s competitiveness in key industries such as semiconductors, shipbuilding, and nuclear power, and explore ways to secure sustained growth and competitiveness in the changing global economy.

We encourage the interest and attendance of all those interested.
