We are holding a book concert for *How Should Labor Unions and Collective Bargaining Respond in the Era of the Yellow Envelope Act (Revised Labor Commission Act)?* This book addresses labor-management issues arising in industrial workplaces and practical response strategies following the enforcement of the revised Yellow Envelope Act (Revised Labor Commission Act). We have invited Professor Seunggil Lee, former Korea 3M Vice President Wonyong Park, and Seonggi Cho, chief labor attorney at Seung Labor Law Firm, to discuss together the key issues of the revised law—including the expanded definition of employer, the broader scope of labor disputes, and limits on liability for damages arising from industrial action—as well as on-the-ground response strategies.

In Part 1, the authors will introduce the book’s main content and key concerns. In Part 2, they will discuss changes in labor-management relations, response strategies, and the future direction of institutional implementation in a conversational format.

We welcome the participation of all interested guests.
