[Seminar] Economic Effects of Inheritance Tax Reform

Writer
CFE

This seminar has been organized to examine how Korea’s inheritance tax burden affects business continuity and the capital market, and to quantitatively analyze the economic effects that a reduction in the inheritance tax would have on capital accumulation, employment, and gross domestic product (GDP). It aims to diagnose the problems inherent in the current tax burden structure, which far exceeds the OECD average, and to present objective evidence showing that inheritance tax relief is not merely about the transfer of wealth, but also leads to the public benefits of expanded corporate investment and job creation.
