This seminar has been organized to examine the impact that recent amendments to the Commercial Act—including the expansion of directors’ duty of loyalty to shareholders, mandatory cumulative voting, the strengthening of the 3% rule, and discussions on the mandatory retirement of treasury shares—will have on corporate management and the capital market, and to explore balanced directions for institutional improvement.
We ask for your interest and attendance.
