Notice of Book Concert Celebrating the Publication of *On Liberal Constitutionalism*

A new edition of *Constitution of Liberty*, a user’s guide to “freedom” for modern people, has been released. To commemorate its publication, the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE) will host a book concert featuring Emeritus Professor Kyungkook Min of Kangwon National University. Along with Emeritus Professor Jindeok Choi of the Academy of Korean Studies and former *The Korea Economic Daily* bureau chief Kiwan Ko, he will discuss Hayek and freedom.
