Book Concert Celebrating the Publication of

To celebrate the publication of Professor Emeritus Byungseon Choi of Seoul National University Graduate School of Public Administration’s new book, Regulation vs. Market, the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE) is hosting a book concert.

This book discusses markets and regulation through the lens of Adam Smith’s “invisible hand,” as featured in I, Pencil, as well as the perspectives of Hayek and Coase. At this book concert, we will explore the relationship between markets and regulation, including the nature of regulation as seen through the market and why regulation is prone to failure. We ask for your interest and participation.
