A seminar was recently held on the current status and challenges of labor union strikes and performance-based distribution, with a focus on labor union strikes and performance-based distribution. Based on an analysis that, if the Samsung labor union strike becomes a reality, the potential loss could reach as much as KRW 30 trillion and daily losses could amount to KRW 1 trillion, the seminar economically examined the hidden costs of strikes beyond simple wage negotiations, including their impact on trust, investment, supply chains, and national competitiveness. Thank you to everyone who participated.
