30th Future Labor Reform Forum: Evaluation and Tasks for the Yellow Envelope Act (Revised Labor Commission Act) — Amendments to

A seminar titled “Yellow Envelope Act (Revised Labor Commission Act)—Amendments to Articles 2 and 3 of the Trade Union Act—Assessment and Future Tasks” was held on the theme of assessing the Yellow Envelope Act (amendments to Articles 2 and 3 of the Trade Union Act) and identifying future challenges. This seminar was organized as a venue to analyze from multiple angles the legal issues and policy ripple effects of the recently prominent amendment to the Yellow Envelope Act, which has emerged as a major social issue, and to discuss the future tasks of Korean labor policy.
