The book concert for *What Is a Corporation?* was held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Pureun Hall.

This event was organized to discuss the nature and role of corporations, and the value of corporations in a market economy, on the occasion of the publication of *What Is a Corporation?*

The book’s authors, Emeritus Professor Gyusang Lee of Mokwon University and Professor Eunseo Lee of Gyeongsang National University, attended and examined the value and role corporations have created in society, focusing on the birth of corporations, profit, responsibility, and the question of ownership.

In the discussion that followed, moderated by Philip Chung, Research Fellow at the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE), participants continued the conversation on topics including the performance-based pay debate, entrepreneurship, capital market discount, and growth and welfare.
