■ Submission period: From 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2024

■ How to apply:

1. Read the book and write a book review (2,000 to 3,000 characters including spaces)

2. Access the Google Form through the link on the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE) website and submit your manuscript

▶ The submission form will open at the start of the submission period.

▶ Entries not prepared according to the submission format and instructions may be disadvantaged in judging.

■ Winner announcement: 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 21, 2024, posted on the website and winners contacted individually

■ Awards ceremony: 3:00 p.m., Friday, August 23, 2024, on the metaverse platform “ifland”

※ Attendance at the awards ceremony is mandatory.

■ Awards

(Prize money will be paid after tax deduction)

- Grand Prize: 0 winners (certificate and KRW 500,000)

- Excellence Prize: 0 winners (certificate and KRW 200,000)

- Merit Prize: 0 winners (certificate and KRW 100,000)

※ All winners will also receive Center for Free Enterprise (CFE) books as additional prizes.

■ Other

1. Website traffic increases from the day before the deadline. Please register at least one hour before the deadline.

2. In the case of duplicate submissions, the most recently submitted manuscript will be accepted.

3. Submitted entries cannot be edited or deleted after registration.

4. Copyright for all submitted works belongs to the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE).

5. If a work plagiarizes a previous winning entry or plagiarizes or misappropriates another person’s work, the award may be revoked even after selection, and all legal responsibility rests with the entrant.

6. The personal information of applicants will be collected and stored for awards administration, prize distribution, delivery of prizes, and newsletter distribution.
